Lean Digital Core (LDC) Country Adopt lead
The Country Local Lead is a senior profile leading the LDC country deployment. The role is accountable for the successful country preparation, resourcing, business readiness, release scope acceptance & implementation, change management and final business acceptance of LDC in-country and acts as country leader/advocate of the Global LDC Program. The role reports to the LDC Deployment Lead (Business).

About the Role

Key activities and responsibilities
Leads and represents the LDC Program in-country; first contact person for the local organization

Establishes the LDC Country implementation/deployment team and resources under the guidance of Global LDC; leads the team in country

Prepares/drives and hosts the local country steering committee

Manages the country relationship on an ongoing basis (participation, clarifications, approvals etc.) together with Global Deployment leadership

Owns and executes the project plan for the deployment to the local organizations accountable for driving acceptance and adoption (with local functional leads) of global LDC Processes and Solutions.
Ensures local legal requirements are captured and has cross-functional oversight on country scope (ensuring sign-off in Fit-to-Core)Coordinates all (pre)-deployment activities with the local organization and the regional teams, ensuring execution according to plan

Ensures local parallel initiatives (business or other) do not conflict with LDC deliverables (local portfolio associated risk management)Drives user acceptance testing and day in the life simulation, and accountable for acceptance in local organization overall, culminating in a positive “Go” decision

Facilitates country to region alignment communication and risk management (including any required escalations etc.)
Required skills: 
Senior profile experienced in managing complexity, large teams and projects

Good understanding of the country organization, processes and well connected with key Management and SMEs of local business processes
Project management, communication, negotiation and coordination, can manage country/plant stakeholders Strong Communicator in English and local languageExperienced working with global teams in a virtual setup, and managing X-functional projectsStrategic and pragmatic hands-on approach, with ability to close decisions and make things happen (preparing & running meetings, tracking actions and progress against plan, managing issues & risks)
