About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and execute patient engagement strategies across the medicine lifecycle
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with patient organizations and advocacy groups
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate patient insights into strategic decisions
- Design and deliver programs that improve disease awareness and access to therapies
- Act as a grant champion and manage internal tools for funding and support
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve outreach effectiveness
- Ensure timely reporting of technical complaints and special case scenarios
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in operations and project management within healthcare or patient engagement
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated resilience and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Business acumen with a focus on creating joint value with patient communities
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables
Desirable Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak
You’ll receive:
