About the Role
Provide timely and quality responses to medical inquiries from HCPs. Ensure adherence to KPIs with regard to timeliness, and meet the minimum criteria in quality reviews conducted by management
Write and review MI deliverables to ensure they meet quality requirements – scientifically balanced and evidence-based, adhere to topic/key messages, language and grammar are correct, regulatory/safety/legal aspects are considered.
Background & Education:
- Strong background in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Degree in a field related to pharma: Medicine, Biotechnology, QFB (Pharmaceutical Biochemistry), Nutrition, or similar.
- Postgraduate studies in pharmaceutical sciences (preferred).
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in Medical Information or Medical Communication
- Scientific Writer, Medical Information Specialist.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficient in handling and communicating medical information.
- Strong writing and communication skills for scientific and medical content.
- Advanced knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
- Skilled in searching and interpreting medical literature.
- Familiarity with Data on File (must-have).
