In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with patient organizations to co-create impactful programs that raise disease awareness, improve access to therapies, and elevate the patient voice in every stage of the medicine lifecycle. About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute patient engagement strategies across the medicine lifecycle
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with patient organizations and advocacy groups
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate patient insights into strategic decisions
  • Design and deliver programs that improve disease awareness and access to therapies
  • Act as a grant champion and manage internal tools for funding and support
  • Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve outreach effectiveness
  • Ensure timely reporting of technical complaints and special case scenarios

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations and project management within healthcare or patient engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated resilience and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Business acumen with a focus on creating joint value with patient communities
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables

Desirable Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak

You’ll receive:

  • Competitive salary along with a yearly bonus.
